How much does an airport limousine cost

An airport limousine between downtown Toronto and Pearson (YYZ) costs from approximately $95, plus HST and gratuity, in one of our sedans. The price moves with the vehicle you pick and where in Toronto the ride starts. Other Toronto companies publish figures above and below ours, and they do not all fold the same charges into the number they show.

Our ride from Toronto Vehicle Our price
Downtown Toronto to or from Pearson Sedan from approximately $95, plus HST and gratuity
Airport run minimum Sedan from approximately $80, plus HST and gratuity
Airport run minimum SUV from approximately $110, plus HST and gratuity
Airport run minimum Escalade from approximately $135, plus HST and gratuity
Airport run minimum Sprinter from approximately $450, plus HST and gratuity

How much does a limo cost to Toronto Pearson Airport?

Toronto companies post downtown and Pearson prices that sit well apart. Each row below names the company that published the figure, in its own wording.

Company and route Sedan SUV
RAO, Pearson to downtown $70 to $95 Not listed
Canada Limo, downtown to Pearson $85 to $95 $110 to $130
VVIP Toronto Limo, Pearson from $116 from $145
BukTryp, Pearson to downtown from $124 from $189

BukTryp leaves HST and gratuity out of its figures, so its total rises once both are added. RAO and Canada Limo give a range for each class rather than one starting figure.

A range shows the spread on one route. A “from” figure shows only the floor, so the price for your street may sit higher.

Prices from other companies were read on 2026-11-03, except BukTryp, dated 2026-08-04, and RAO, dated 2026-08-12. Check the operator before you travel.

To see the vehicle behind each of our prices, look through the sedan, SUV, Escalade and Sprinter on our Our Cars page.

Toronto airport limo rates by neighbourhood

Aero Line Limo posts Pearson prices by neighbourhood and writes them without a dollar sign. It lists its sedan as a Lincoln Towncar for 1-4 people and its SUV for 1-6.

Scarborough 65 99
Brampton 50 99
Mississauga 50 Not listed
Oakville 55 Not listed
Markham 70 Not listed
Burlington, marked special 70 120

BukTryp prices Pearson rides in wider bands. Mississauga starts from $98 in a sedan or $156 in an SUV. Markham or Richmond Hill starts from $150, or $215 in an SUV.

Oakville and Burlington share one BukTryp band, from $156 in a sedan or $221 in an SUV. RAO puts most GTA addresses between $55 and $110 for a Pearson ride.

The same suburb can carry very different numbers from one company to the next. Mississauga, Oakville and Burlington each appear in both Aero Line’s table and BukTryp’s bands.

Cheapest airport limo Toronto

Aero Line’s neighbourhood rows carry the smallest sedan numbers of any company named here. Because they have no dollar sign, find out what each figure covers before you book.

These companies post low sedan starting points with a dollar sign:

  • Airport Taxi Airport Limo: sedans from $65 CAD.
  • Toronto Airport Limo Taxi: sedans from $75 to Pearson, and luxury SUVs from $130.
  • King Limo: an airport transfer listed at $85/$99.

Some higher figures already hold charges that lower ones leave out. Toronto Airport Limo Pro lists $89 for a Pearson sedan, with taxes, tolls and fuel surcharge included.

Toronto Airport Limo lists a sedan to Pearson from most of the GTA from $112.67. That figure includes gratuity, HST and the card fee.

A low headline grows once tax and tip are added, while an inclusive figure does not. Ask each company for the total for your address, date and hour, then compare totals. The cheapest airport limo is the lowest total you are quoted, not the lowest number on a rates page.

Airport limo fees in Toronto

The base price is not always the whole bill. BukTryp lists these extras on Toronto limo bills:

  • Gratuity, usually 15 to 20%, sometimes added automatically on group bookings. Read a group quote before you tip on top of it.
  • Highway 407 tolls, normally passed through at cost on cross-GTA routes.
  • Wait time beyond the included allowance, usually billed per 15 minutes.
  • Late-night and holiday surcharges, common between midnight and 5am and on statutory holidays.

BukTryp adds that airport transfers almost always come as one number. That number covers the vehicle, the driver and fuel, and it stays the same if the Gardiner is closed.

Canada Limo lists a GTAA pre-arranged pickup fee at Pearson. It says the fee applies to pickups only, not to a drop-off at Departures.

That statement comes from an operator page, and we could not confirm it on an official Pearson page. Treat it as one company’s account of the fee.

Billy Bishop airport limo cost

Several Toronto companies post Billy Bishop (YTZ) prices. These are the figures they publish:

  • VIP Airport Limo Service: an executive sedan from Billy Bishop to downtown Toronto typically costs $85 to $110 CAD.
  • Toronto Airport Limo Taxi: sedans from $65 and luxury SUVs from $115 to Billy Bishop.
  • Toronto Airport Limo Pro: rates starting at $75 for Billy Bishop.

VIP Airport Limo Service gives a typical range, while the others give a starting figure. Note the direction too: VIP Airport Limo Service’s range covers rides from the airport to downtown.

The last companies on that list also post Pearson figures, set out in the cheapest section. Both start lower for Billy Bishop than for Pearson, in sedans and, where listed, in SUVs.

Canada Limo says its Toronto airport service also covers Billy Bishop Airport and Hamilton Airport. Its page names those airports without a separate Billy Bishop figure in its rates.

Hourly limo rates in Toronto

BukTryp’s hourly figures show how the class you pick changes the cost of time on the road:

  • Sedan or SUV: $128 to $165 per hour
  • Van or Sprinter: $203 and up
  • Stretch limousine: $263 and up
  • Party bus: $338 and up

Each step up in class, from sedan to party bus, raises the starting hourly figure. BukTryp puts a Saturday night in a party bus at around $1,350 to $2,050, once its peak-night minimum applies.

The same class step shows up on airport transfers. Canada Limo’s SUV range sits above its sedan range for the same downtown run, and VVIP and BukTryp show the same pattern in their columns.

VVIP Toronto Limo lists hourly hire from $445 for 3 hours. These are hourly hire figures, while a single ride to Pearson is quoted as one transfer price instead.

Hourly hire suits a trip with several stops, or a group that wants the vehicle for an evening. For one airport run, the transfer price is the number to compare.

How much does an airport limousine cost per day?

King Limo is the one Toronto company here with a posted day rate. It lists $700 / Day, beside an hourly rate of $85 / Hour.

Other companies sell longer bookings by the hour, with a minimum. BukTryp says hourly minimums are three hours across the GTA and two hours downtown.

For stretch limousines and party buses on Friday and Saturday nights, BukTryp puts the minimum at four hours. A day with any company is built from its hourly rate and its minimum.

We price longer GTA bookings by the hour. Our hourly rates are:

  • Sedan: from approximately $120, plus HST and gratuity
  • SUV: from approximately $135 to $165, plus HST and gratuity
  • Escalade: from approximately $175, plus HST and gratuity
  • Regular Sprinter: from approximately $175, plus HST and gratuity

If your day pairs a Pearson run with meetings or errands around the city, ask for an hourly quote. That keeps the airport leg and the stops on one booking.

What is the best airport limo service in Toronto?

The best service for you is the one whose quote you can read in full before you pay. Toronto companies differ on paper in a few clear ways:

  • Pre-arranged pricing: Airport Luxury Limousine says its airport rates are pre-arranged with no surge pricing. Its rate depends on route, vehicle type and trip requirements.
  • No meter: RAO says its rates are pre-set, with no surge and no meter.
  • Upfront fees: VVIP Toronto Limo says it shows HST and fees upfront.
  • Price lock: Airport Taxi Airport Limo says its rates lock at booking, and bookings can be made up to six months out.
  • Group sharing: Toronto Airport Limo gives an example of three colleagues from Pearson to Kitchener at $249.44 in a Sedan, about $83 each.

With us, you choose a sedan, SUV, Escalade or Sprinter for your run to or from Pearson. Each of our figures is a starting price before HST and gratuity.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an extra charge for a pickup at Pearson arrivals?

Yes. When we collect you from arrivals at Pearson, a pre-arrangement fee applies, from approximately $35 per passenger, plus HST and gratuity. Your pickup point is the Pre-Arranged Desk inside Door A and the kerb. Head there once you have collected your bags from the carousel. Add the fee to your vehicle's price when you compare quotes from different companies.

How much does a round trip airport limo cost in Toronto?

A round trip is priced as two separate one-way transfers, so it costs twice the one-way price of your vehicle. HST and gratuity apply to each leg. When your return leg starts at Pearson arrivals, the per-passenger pre-arrangement fee also applies to that pickup. Book both legs together so the outbound and return times are set at once.

How much does a child seat cost in an airport limo?

A child seat costs from approximately $25, plus HST and gratuity. It is added to the ride price for the vehicle you choose. A family trip to Pearson is priced as the vehicle plus each seat you request. Ask for the seats when you book, and say how many children are travelling with you.

Can I add a stop on the way to the airport?

Yes. An extra stop costs from approximately $30, plus HST and gratuity, on top of the ride price for your vehicle. It suits a ride that collects a second traveller at another address, or one that calls somewhere on the way before you reach Pearson. Add each stop to your booking so it is part of your quote.

Can I book an airport limo for a very early flight?

Yes. Rides run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That covers a pickup at home before an early departure from Pearson, and a ride home after a flight that lands late at night. Book once your flight time is set, and choose the pickup time that suits your departure.
